Playing the bandura excites me because:

Just like any other skill or passion, it’s an endless road of improving and learning new music and techniques. I enjoy introducing others to the “bandura” and its history,  while highlighting the beauty of Ukrainian culture.

Favourite bandura song I've learned:

"Експромпт" (solo) or "По Діброві Вітер Віє". Експромпт was one of the first solo songs that I truly felt I was being challenged and pushed to learn new techniques. It was a song I was more than excited to practice when I had free time. Balancing school, work, bandura and  extra curricular activities, it was the song that would distract me from everything else happening around me.

Favourite thing about camp:

Learning new songs and spending time with those who are just as passionate about playing the bandura. It’s the only time when you really feel you have ALL the time in the world to improve on your skills and learn fun songs! With all the exciting activities, games, bonfires, and endless practices, it’s the perfect camp for any bandurist.
